Free PDF to image converter?
I am looking for a freeware program (not a piece of shareware) than can easily convert color pdf pages into commonly available image formats (bmp, jpeg, png). A program called CoolPDFReader will do this for grayscale, but not color pages. I know I could theoretically take screenshots, but I don't want to have to clean up each and every page up in a graphics editor.
