To Edit Word documents which are converted using PDF converter?
Hi,
I have converted PDF files to Word documents using a free PDF converter. Now when I want to edit them, I am unable to do so.
Any help how to do this will be greatly appreciated.

You could be dealing with a scanned PDF file. Not all PDF Converters are capable of doing OCR (optical character recognition) to convert scanned documents into editable Word files.
