Believe me i don't need any ratings if you don't want to give but my advice to you is to go for Abby PDF Transformer. Dear, here not only in ms word but in many formats you can save that file...and apart from this if you have a print out just scan it and you can convert that scanned text in text and save in any format.
Again i wud advice go for abby pdf transformer. its the best powerful application.
