There are plenty of them.
A suggested for just about any software search is to head over to Download.com and use their search (in this case you would search for "pdf converter").
That being said http://www.pdf995.com/ is all you need.
I dont think you can do that.
But you can right click on the pages select highlight with hand and then copy and paste to word.

It is better than pdf995 and free. You open your doc with this program and then you click on "export as pdf directly" and it is done! i own an e-book store and compile all my ebooks with it. I used to do through pdf995 but it iwas not compatible with a rebranding product.
