How to force PDF to print when print button is disabled?
I have a PDF I need to print out, but its creator disabled the print button! How do I force it to print?

try CNTRL + P
Can you save a copy to your desktop and then try and print it?
Try copying and pasting the document into wordpad.
Press CTRL+P
but if print button is disabled that pdf file may be protected and the file is not allowed for print.
