Acrobat Reader 7 PDF.How to type forms if it is not interactive?

I want to type fillin blank the document which is in Acrobat Reader 7 PDF form and it is not interactive. I headr I can to it ? offline . Can someone help?Thanks

Forms that do not have text boxes are just documents and are no different than any document like a letter to Adobe Acrobat. For you to fill the form, you would need to edit the form. You cannot do this with Acrobat Reader. You can do it with the full Acrobat product by putting textboxes in yourself and making the form interactive.
You can only fill in a form electronically if the creator of the PDF made it an actual electronic form. Unfortunately many creators of PDF forms don't know how to or don't take the time to do that. Even if they did, you would not be able to save a filled in copy of the form from Reader. If you have Acrobat Professional and the creator of the PDF file allows changes you can create forms yourself...otherwise, you need to do it the old fashioned way. File > Print and fill it in by hand.
