You need to have a PDF converter program for this purpose eg. Adobe Acrobat.
There is a free trial to convert files to PDF by Adobe. Get it at http://createpdf.adobe.com.

if you are running win XP os try renaming the file extention or open it and save it as .pdf or office 2003 an later has a "convert to pdf" function, just search the help file or look for a pdf converter
