pdf writer Question And Answer
How to fill a PDF application form?
I have a PDF application form, and I want to know if i can fill this form if i do not have a PDF writer. I tried to copy the file and paste it on word but only the text apeared (and not the application table itself). Im thinking the only way to fill the application, if i dont have a PDF writer, is to print it and fill it using handwriting. Any ideas?

unless you have graphic design software like adobe "Illustrator" or "photoshop", I think you'll have to use handwriting.
You should be able to fill it out with the pdf reader. You don't need a writer.
But pasting it into word is not the right approach. If you really can't fill it out as a pdf for some reason, then I would think filling it in by hand would be fine.
You can`t, PDF is a non writable format,
You`ll have to print it, fill it by hand and scan it.

If all you have is the free adobe reader you cant! The only thing you CAN do is to print it out and fill it in.
When a person creates a form they have the option to allow it to be saved with or without the filled in fields. There may be a higher cost involved. The IRS has been using fill in forms that can be saved for years.
This is the first year that California tax forms can be filled in and saved. In the past you would be able to print the filled in form but could not save it.
You only need to Acrobat Reader to read and write the filled in forms.
