Is there any freeware software like Acrobat Writer?
I need a freeware (not a pirate version) the opens and edits a pdf file like acrobat writer does. I need to drow lines and highlight parts of pdf files.

I don't know of a freeware version (I'd like one too!) but you could try Inkscape, that's a free tool like Illustrator, and Illustrator can edit PDFs.
