EZ PDF Tools

I'm looking for a suitable PDF Writer that will convert Word files that include backgrounds, images and text. I want to find software that is easy to use, and will save as a true copies of the original files (web-page layouts). There is so much PDF software on the market that my head is spinning. I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount for CD software, as I don't want to buy a download. I do not want to pay more than £50.00 or $100, so can such software be bought for this amount? If there is some free downloads that will do what I want so much the better!

I use cute pdf to convert my word documents to pdfs before I send them to my students. It is free but does not allow you to modify the actual pdf. I recommend you give it a try.
