You need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Professional. You can then PDF your Word document and save out the individual pages within Acrobat.
You should be able to go to File>>export... to create a pdf from word. If you can't export page by page in Word, then create a compiled PDF from all of the pages and proceed to open it with Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Go to Document... Extract Pages
OR you can open Adobe Acrobat Professional and go to File>>Create PDF and it will ask you to open a document. Select the Word document and it will open it in Acrobat. From there, save the individual pages as separate pdfs.
Solid Converter PDF will allow you to create PDF files directly from word with the push of a button, however you will need the Professional version of the program to do individual pages.
The program installs a printer driver, so it is as simple as opening your word documents, choosing file | print and Solid Converter PDF as the printer. Once the print dialoge opens up, You can choose to print the current page, or page range, etc. To create 20 separate files, you would need to print each page separately.
