EZ PDF Tools

pdf mark-er-upp-er, such as i want to be able to highlight, bookmark, make notes, etc. i have a book in PDF format. i want to be able to read it like a book and highlight important info, bookmark pages, save my place, write notes, etc. is there such program?

Adobe standard lets you actually edit pdf's so you can probably highlight/delete/add notes in different fonts and what not.
