EZ PDF Tools

Does anyone know other pdf programs I can download to type onto this application I downloaded. My adobe will not let me. Someone suggested foxit reader, which started to work but will not work anymore. Here is the file. http://vbso.net/pdf/application.pdf

If you have Adobe Acrobat reader. it will not do it. you need the full Adobe Acrobat application to do so. Now, if you have Adobe Acrobat the full application and does not let you. The reason is because the form you're trying to fill has not been formatted as a "Form" it's searchable yes. but not a form yet. Now, if you have acrobat (not the reader) there are multiple ways to do so. One easy way to do this, it's finding the "Free text tool" once you'v activated this feature while your document is open, you can create text boxes on each underline and/or area where you need to type and start typing as if it was a word processor. remember to click save otherwise all your work will be gone. If you have FoxIt Pdf Editor (not the reader) but the real deal, you can do the same as above.
