Where can I find a PDF car manual file on the KA24DE?
I Have a Nissan 89 240sx Hatchback Automatic Trans. &
93 240sx Hatchback Standard Trans.
I need a KA24DE Car Manual in PDF format for both, anyone know where to find one maybe a downloadable one? Also what all do I need to rebuild my KA24 engine (to make it run as good as new).

Rebuilding is way time consuming and tough job. I suggest you to buy an old engine and swap it. By the way, what happened to your engine..Why do you want to rebuild it?
It is possible to rebuild it but it will cost you for Gaskets, piston rings and may be new piston and much more.So think about swapping with the old one with low kilometres on it.
It's really not all that hard. Just need to break it down into smaller steps. Take notes. Search for a video if you arent sure how to do things. Go to Zilvia.net or nicoclub.com and search for engine rebuild write-ups. There you will find very detailed step by step instructions with pictures as well as material lists.
